Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
By using Naskon you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Naskon is a cloud system for companies to manage attendance, leave, payroll, contracts, documents and reports, used through the browser.
2. The account
- Registration needs Naskon's approval; we may accept or decline a request.
- The company is responsible for the accuracy of its data, for its users and their permissions, and for keeping passwords secret.
3. Free trial
Each new company gets a free trial of 7 days from the moment its account is activated, to try the whole system before paying.
4. Subscription and payment
- The subscription is yearly, on the agreed plan: a fixed price, per employee, or an open plan.
- Payment is made in cash or by transfer; the subscription starts or renews when the payment is recorded.
5. No refunds
Because the free trial lets you try the whole system before paying, amounts paid are not refunded after payment, in whole or in part.
6. Limits
Each subscription has a limit on employees, users and file space according to its plan. Contact us to raise the limits.
7. End of subscription
When the trial or subscription ends without renewal, the system stops for the company until it is renewed; the data is kept for 90 days from the end date, after which it may be permanently deleted.
8. Acceptable use
The system may not be used for anything against the law, to try to reach another company's data or disrupt the system, or to share accounts outside the company.
9. Data
The company's data belongs to it and it can download it at any time. We keep it and back it up daily as set out in the privacy policy.
10. Availability
We work to keep the system always available; it may stop for short periods for maintenance or updates. Updates never delete or change companies' data.
11. Limitation of liability
Attendance and pay results are worked out by the system from the data and settings the company enters; the company is responsible for reviewing them before approving and paying. Naskon is not liable for any loss caused by incorrect data or settings, or by use against these terms.
12. Suspension and cancellation
Naskon may suspend an account that breaks these terms. The company may stop using the system at any time; amounts paid remain non-refundable.
13. Changes
We may change these terms when needed; the date of the last update shows at the top of the page. Continuing to use the system after a change means accepting it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
15. Contact
